Mark has 29 years of business experience. He has spent 14 years as an operational manager in hotels, corporate hospitality and the conferencing and events industry; 8 years as a freelance sales and communications consultant; and 7 years as an author, speaker and a trainer in business networking skills to executives in the professional services sector.
It was during his early corporate career in hospitality that Mark developed a deep understanding of the value of connection and the tactical skills of networking. In today’s highly competitive marketplace, acquiring superior relationship development skills differentiates the extraordinary business professional from the ordinary. Mark confidently believes this is a skills-set that can be learned, even by those who think they are less outgoing.
